The process
From application to launched product
A clear path with no surprises: qualify, align, and then watch the build take shape with an experienced partner at the wheel.
01
Application
You submit a short application describing the idea, the customer, where it stands today, and what's blocking progress. It takes a few minutes and is reviewed personally — and everything you share is handled in strict confidentiality from that first message onward.
02
Qualification call
If there's a plausible fit, we talk. We're checking the same things you are: is the market real, is the founder credible, and can this actually be built and sold.
03
Validation & scope
Before anything is built, we pressure-test the idea and define the smallest product that proves it. You leave this stage with a clear scope, sequence, and set of assumptions to test.
04
Build
Design and engineering run under our ownership in short cycles. You review working software on a regular rhythm rather than status decks, and you stay focused on customers.
05
Launch
We prepare the product, onboarding, support, and measurement together, then go live. Launch is treated as an operational event with a checklist, not a deployment.
06
Scale
After launch we keep iterating on real usage — retention, expansion, and the systems that carry more volume. This is where aligned revenue participation does its work.

A hybrid model, built for alignment
Monthly service fee
Covers the ongoing product, technical, and operational work of the partnership. It keeps a senior team engaged on your product full-cycle rather than in short bursts.
Aligned revenue participation
A share tied to what the product earns. It means we're not paid to deliver a project and leave — we're paid when the business we build together actually works.
Specific terms depend on the stage, scope, and revenue potential of your business, so we discuss numbers directly on the qualification call rather than publishing a price list.
